Classic Guacamole

4-6 large and soft AVOCADOS // smash them
1-2 small LIMES // squeeze juice (fliter out seeds) and mix in
2-3 CLOVES OF GARLIC // finely dice and mix in
2-3 medium TOMATOES // finely chop and mix in
0.5-1 medium ONION // finely chop and mix in
2-3 Tbsp. of FRESH CILANTRO // finely dice and mix in
SALT and BLACK PEPPER // to taste
Optional: DRIED RED PEPPER FLAKS // to taste

Storage: in bowl or tupperware with plastic-wrap pressed down to surface of guac. Lasts 2-3 in the fridge. I recommend consuming immediately.

Eat with: corn tortilla chips, quesadillas, burritos, cheese crisps, toast, tapioca, or by the spoonfull.
